Bill Gantz is a well-known speaker and authority on gaming law in the U.S. and serves as co-chair for Dentons' Gaming Sector practice. Since 2002, Bill has specialized in representing internet and mobile gaming clients in patent infringement litigation, patent and trademark prosecution, trademark infringement and opposition, patent landscape and "freedom-to-operate" analyses, non-practicing entity (NPE) claims, licensing and state and federal regulatory matters.
Bill also regularly provides regulatory compliance and intellectual property advice to digital entertainment businesses offering igaming, social gaming, pay-to-play or "freemium" games, fantasy sports, esports, sports betting, skill games, sweepstakes, retail product promotions and lottery tickets.
